MF - This vet does Iguanas snakes and anything else you can give
him. He does his homework as well as updates his Reptile information by
going to classes at the vet college in Manhattan Kansas from time to
time. Great Vet. He fixed my friends baby boa constrictor's prolapsed
intestine and has helped me with all my igs. He is a non evasive vet. He
also does other pets as well.. he knows his stuff WELL. (02/27/04)

TW - I have had two experiences with Dr. Tiemen, the first not so
great. I had a very sick premature hatched bearded dragon that I was
trying to save. Dr. Tiemen told me it would be best to put him down. I
refused and was able to nurse the little Bearded Dragon back to life
and it is currently doing great. The last time I used him it was for a
very sick Tegu that I had rescued. The Tegu was mal-nurished, had hook
worm, and had severe shed problems that had caused it to loose most of
its toes, and was still loosing more. Dr. Tiemen this time did not
recommend putting it down, but gave me the help I needed to bring the Tegu
back to health. Opinion on the Doctor still undecided. (08/05/04)

Dr. Bosilevac is my #2 choice for herp vets. No particular
reason; it's just that Dr. Curry was recommended to me initially. I've
only needed to see Dr. Bosilevac when I couldn't get an appointment with
Dr. Curry, but he seemed very herp-aware and capable. And he's closer
to people living in south or central Omaha. (07/23/01)
Omaha - Dr. B is great! He has helped me a lot with my red-eared
slider. (01/18/02)
TW - Great Doc.!!! I have an 11+ year old Iguana who weighs 9
pounds or so and his name is Awesome. He wanted me to let you to know that
if he can't go see Doc. B. then Doctor Curry we shall see. (01/15/04)

I have a boa constrictor, a bullsnake, and three bearded
dragons. I've also had assorted dragon hatchlings from time to time. Dr.
Curry is one of two herp-specialist vets in the Omaha area that I am
aware of (the other is Dr. Bosilevac). She is my first choice when I need
help, even though it's a 25 minute drive from my house. (07/23/01)
